Production of household chemicals

The production capacity of “2K” Company is our pride. The total area of production and storage facilities is 27 thousand m². The capacity of the lines reaches 120 tons per day. The 200-ton capacity fleet allows us to order raw materials in large quantities at the lowest price. All processes on the line are automated: bottling, labeling, capping, printing the date and time of manufacture. The process of feeding and dosing raw materials into the reactor is controlled by electronic dosimeters and sensors relative to the programmed composition.

The reactor processes synthesis and mixing at the appropriate temperature for each product. The impact of the human factor is minimized. The end product is packaged and moved to the end goods warehouse. Samples of each individual batch of goods are stored in special storage rooms for 6 months to control the quality of physical and chemical parameters.

Only chemically purified water is used for the manufacturing of products. Cleaning equipment has no analogues in Ukraine. Qualified chemical technologists conduct experiments, trials, and testing to develop new product formulations. After conducting all the necessary tests and obtaining a positive chemical analysis, the product is put into production and the new product is documented in accordance with the law.

In addition, the company is provided with its own production of containers. Molding of polyethylene bottles and blowing of polypropylene bottles, production of caps is carried out on our own equipment.

All of the above factors minimize the cost of production and make it possible to create a high-quality European product and make it affordable for the consumer.
